THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P. No.756 of 2016 ORDER:

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw M.V.O.P.No.311 of 2012 from the file of the Court of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cumAdditional District Judge, Tirupathi and transfer the same to the Court of Principal District Judge-cum-Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Kadapa, Y.S.R. District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the petitioner is no more. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the purpose of filing of the transfer petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
