This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A2 to A4 in C.C. No.286 of 2014 on the file of the court of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition as the matter was settled out of court. A letter to that effect was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial).
