Nobody appears for the petitioners when the matter is taken up for hearing today.

Learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the cause of action in this writ petition does not survive for consideration as the first petitioner is converted as a company in the year 2012 and the connected matter in W.P.No. 8730 of 2008 was already dismissed by this Court as infructuous on 27.10.2016 on the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
