Jagmohan Singh Chhatwal, v. The Union Of India,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.31984 OF 2013 ORDER:
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners placed on record the letter dated 03.12.2018 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). The same is made part of the record. From the perusal of the said letter, it is evident that the counsel received a letter from his clients dated 29.11.2018 stating that due to subsequent developments and change of circumstances, they wanted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach this Court in future, if necessary. Along with the said letter, the letter dated 29.11.2018 addressed by the petitioners to their counsel is also enclosed.
Taking into consideration the contents of the letter, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court if any fresh cause of action arises. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 03rd DECEMBER 2018.
