There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 3 & 4 in not taking action against the respondents 5 & 6 herein in pursuance to registration of Crime against them in Cr.No.102/2014 for an offence punishable U/s.3(i)(x) of SC ST (POA) Act even after lapse of a month as being illegal, arbitrary and is in violation of principles of promissory estoppel apart from being in violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to complete the investigation and to commit the accused as well to file a charge sheet forthwith and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case.'

The learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to registration of Cr.No.102 of 2014 for the offence punishable under Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the investigation was completed and a charge sheet was filed on 18.12.2014. After taking cognizance of the offences, the same was taken on file as S.C.No.88 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Bhongir, and that the same is pending trial.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition, since the entire investigation was completed and a charge sheet was filed. 5.
