This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order dt. 30.03.2016 in I.A.No.212 of 2016 in O.S.No.419 of 2018 passed by IV Addtiional Junior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District. It is brought to the notice of this Court that during pendency of this Revision, the main suit i.e., O.S.No.419 of 2018 has been disposed of on 27.04.2016 and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
