When the matter was listed on 31.07.2017, there was no representation for the appellant - Oriental Insurance Company Limited, represented by its Divisional Manager, Anantapur. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Hence, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
