Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare, appearing for 1st respondent and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 5.

2. Petitioner states that the petitioner has filed a Revision on 26-05-2015 before 1st respondent under Section 6 of the A.P. Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Regulation, 1959 and that 1st respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

3. The learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for 1st respondent states that within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, 1st respondent will dispose of the Revision after hearing the petitioner.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 1st respondent to dispose of the Revision filed by the petitioner before him on 26-05-2015 within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the petitioner as well as the respondent Nos.4 and 5. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
