Heard counsel for petitioner, and the learned Standing Counsel for Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, for respondents.

The petitioner has challenged the proceedings dt.19.09.2016 which is a show-cause notice proposing punishment of removal, and directing the petitioner to submit explanation within seven (07) days from the date of receipt of the notice.

Though the counsel for petitioner raised several contentions on the manner in which the enquiry is conducted, I am not inclined to express any opinion on the said contentions at this point of time. 4.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting petitioner two weeks' time from to-day to file an explanation to the said showcause notice which shall be considered by 3rd respondent within three

(03) weeks from the date of submission of the said explanation, provided no final order has been passed by 3rd respondent till date. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.
