Mr.Koppisetti Veerabhadra Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has addressed letter, dated 03-04-2017, to the Registry wherein it is stated that the matter was settled out of the Court and that therefore, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel has reiterated the above request.

Permission for withdrawal of the Writ Petition is granted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
