This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, seeking to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in FIR No. 52 of 2017 of SHO, Srikalahasti II Town Police Station, Chittoor District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner/accused to withdraw the criminal petition. 3.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
