THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.C.M.P.No.487 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.276 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, and transfer the same to Family Court cum XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Miyapur.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispense with the presence of the petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.276 of 2017 on each and every date of adjournment before the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.276 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, the petitioner shall attend before the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, as and when her presence is so required.

With the above observation, transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
