For the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, W.P.M.P.No.15282 of 2015 is ordered permitting the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
