This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring that the Office Order issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings No.P1/255(11)/2002-RM-WL, dated 10-06-2003, re-categorizing services of the petitioner from Attender to Shramik as illegal, unjust and contrary to law.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 3.
