THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 3585 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No. 4 in not paying the amounts @ 2/3rd on the interest derived out of the deposited amount of compensation for acquisition of land of Ac. 44.00 cents in survey No. 297/1 of Kandukuru Village and Mandal, Prakasam District, belonging to the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client may be permitted to file a detailed representation before respondent No. 2 and on filing such representation, the same can be disposed of within a timeframe.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a detailed representation before respondent No. 2 setting forth all his grievances within a period of six weeks from today and on filing such representation, the latter is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
