THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4468 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the inaction on the part of the learned Junior Civil Judge at Kalwakurthy in disposing of O.S.No.78 of 2015.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.78 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. He further submitted that so far the respondent has not filed the written statement in the suit.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Junior Civil Judge at Kalwakurthy is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.78 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
