HONOURABTE SRI IUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 969 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 30.C9.2013, passed interim order as follows:- "Pending disposal of the O.A., there shall be an interim suspension of the impugned proceedings No.1311/E/NTC/2013, dated 03.08.2013, issued by the 7't respondent to the extent of recovery." 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the interim order dated 30.09.2013, the petitioner was paid salaries and no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR).

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has fairly submitted that subsequent to the order dated 30.09.2013, neither counter nor vacate stay petition has been filed 4.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed 5.

Miscellanecus applications, if any pending, shall starrd closed. No order as to cost.
