THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.37140 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue writ or direction particularly in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, A) To call for the records pertaining to G.O.Rt.No.679, dated 22.11.2012, on the file of the 1st respondent. B) To quash the proceedings in G.O.Rt.No.679, dated 22.11.2012, on the file of the 1st respondent and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that the State Government passed orders vide G.O.Rt.No.2, Education (SE-Ser.I) Department, dated 11.01.2016, withdrawing the order impugned in the writ petition and a copy of the same is also placed on record. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that in view of the said order passed by the State Government, nothing remains for further adjudication in this matter.
