The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject suit in O.S.No.621 of 2017 on the file of XIV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, was disposed of on 25.04.2018. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging the Interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
