This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in not investigating the case in Crime No.53 of 2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that already charge sheet was filed on 10.05.2018 and awaiting case number.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to take steps for numbering the charge sheet. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
