This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.1 seeking bail in P.R.C.No.125 of 2015 in Crime No.164 of 2015 on the file of Bommuru Police Station, East Zone, Rajahmundry Urban District, East Godavari District registered for the offences under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act, 1985. Heard and perused the records.

The quantity of ganja involved in this case is 375 Kgs. The earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 01.12.2015 in Crl.P.No.12327 of 2015. There is no substantial change of circumstances to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
