The grievance of the petitioners was in relation to the tender notification dated 28.11.2015. By Corrigendum dated 22.02.2016, the Dredging Corporation of India Limited cancelled the subject tender notification. A copy of the said Corrigendum is placed on record.

In the light of the subsequent development, the Writ Petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as such.
