THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Transfer C.M.P.No.884 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 23(2) CPC seeking to withdraw A.S.No.10 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, at Sattenapalli and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge Court, Guntur.

When the matter is coming up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
