HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5171 of 2012 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners/ defendants under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 04-09-2012 passed in I.A.No.601 of 2012 in O.S.No.1444 of 2011 by the III Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, declining to issue summons to the Bank Manager, Bank of India, Kalamandir Branch, Bandra (e) Mumbai, directing him to produce the identity prove submitted by Account Holder.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.1444 of 2011 was disposed of by the III Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, on 06-12-2012.

Therefore, this Court need not examine the legality of the order at this stage after disposal of main O.S. itself. Hence, I find that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.
