ORAL ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioner states that on the same issue W.P.nos. 43481 and 43595 and 43821 of 2016 were disposed of on 30.8.2017 whereunder opportunity is also granted to the impleaded petitioners to oppose deletion of the lands from the prohibited list, therefore states that no orders are required in the present writ petition.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
