HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.323 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for both sides submit that the order, whose disobedience is alleged in the Contempt Case, has been implemented by the respondents from February 2016 vide proceedings Rc.No.144/2015 dt.0303-2016 issued by the 2nd respondent. In view of the said submission, I am not inclined to proceed with the Contempt Case.

It is accordingly closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
