Heard the counsel for petitioner, Sri R. Vinod Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 4, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing counsel appearing for 5th respondent.

It is stated by both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.18.12.2015 in WP.No.32614 of 2015.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed directing the respondents 1 to 4 to release individual service connection to the petitioner on payment of requisite charges within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, which shall be subject to further directions which may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the litigation which is pending before it arising out of judgment dt.12.09.2012 in W.P.No.20407 of 2008 and batch. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
