ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 20.8.2015, in

I.A.No.807 of 2015 in OS.No.78 of 2011 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sattenapalli.

At the hearing, Mr. A.Jagannadha Rao, learned counsel representing Mr. G.V.S.Mehar Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that this Court dismissed Civil Revision Petition No.4760 of 2015, by order, dated 07.11.2015, filed against order in related I.A., viz., I.A.No.806 of 2015 filed for reopening the evidence for the purpose of summoning the Branch Manager, Andhra Bank, Rajupalem. He has further submitted that I.A.No.807 of 2015 out of which the present Civil Revision Petition arises was filed for summoning the Branch Manager, Andhra Bank, Rajupalem.

As the cognate Civil Revision Petition No.4760 of 2015 filed against I.A.No.806 of 2015 filed for reopening the evidence for the purpose of summoning the Branch Manager, Andhra Bank itself was dismissed, this Civil Revision Petition is also liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
