ORAL ORDER:

This Court disposed of W.P. No. 13515 of 2017 by order dated 17.4.2017 directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation submitted by petitioner on 28.3.2017 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the said order. Alleging inaction of the said directions issued, this contempt case is filed. It appears petitioner sought for lighter duties on the ground of ill-health. On consideration of the representation, petitioner was referred for medical examination and based on the medical examination report, petitioner was declared as fit for the post of conductor and accordingly an order was passed on 19.8.2017.
