THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8169 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.76 of 2014 on the file of the Ananthasagaram Police Station, SPSR Nellore District registered for the offences under Sections 307 read with 34 IPC and 332, 379, 427, 120B, 114 read with 34 IPC and 20(i) (c) (ii) (iii) (v) and (x) of A.P. Forest Act, 3 of PDPPA and 3 and 6 read with 55 of Biological Diversity Act.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor informed that the petitioner was arrested. In view the above, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
