HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16437 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondent in issuing notice dated 23.05.2012 asking the petitioner to remove the illegal construction made on the drainage canal. It was further stated in the said notice that the said construction is causing obstruction to the free flow of drainage water and has become breeding place for mosquitoes.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after issuing notice as aforesaid, the petitioner applied for regularization of the unauthorized construction and also made alterations to the construction to the satisfaction of the Municipal Corporation. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
