This appeal is filed by claimant aggrieved by the order and decree dated 13.12.2010 in O.P.No.45 of 2009 passed by the Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, FTC, Nizamabad (for short 'the tribunal). The tribunal after examining PWs.1 and 2 and marking Exs.A1 to A.4 on behalf of the claimant and as there was no oral or documentary evidence on behalf of the respondents passed the reasoned order. Therefore, the order passed by the tribunal is well considered and needs no interference of this Court in all aspects and hence, the appeal is liable to be dismissed. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
