HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.26815 of 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking directions to include his name in the seniority list by counting his seniority from the date of his initial appointment.

Since the petitioner has retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation, the relief sought by him cannot be granted. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
