I.A.No.1 of 2025 This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to relax condition No.(ii) imposed in Crl.P.No.12273 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025.

Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while granting regular bail imposed a condition that petitioner/A.2 shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11.00 a.m., on every Wednesday for a period of eight (8) weeks for the purpose of investigation and thereafter as and when required. He further submitted that as per the directions of this Court petitioner is regularly appearing before the investigating officer and cooperating with the investigation, however, petitioner is a resident of Pune, Maharashtra, and he is facing difficult to travel from Pune to Hyderabad to appear before the investigating officer on every Wednesday causing lot of inconvenience to his personal and professional life. Further except filing of charge sheet the entire investigation is completed. As such, prayed this Court to relax the said condition.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner is cooperating with the investigating agency and

attending before the SHO as per the orders of this Court.

In view of the foregoing submissions, condition (ii) of paragraph 6 of the order dated 26.09.2025 in Crl.P.No.12273 of 2025 is hereby relaxed. The petitioner/A.2 is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer at 11:00 a.m. once every fifteen days for the purpose of investigation. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
