THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.847 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 in C.C.No.348 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sathupalli.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition in so far as petitioner Nos.2 to 4 who are accused Nos.2 to 4. He further submitted that the petition, so far as first petitioner who is accused No.1 is concerned, was already dismissed as withdrawn. As seen from the proceeding sheet, petition against petitioner No.1 was dismissed as withdrawn vide order of this court dated 05.02.2014. Accordingly this Criminal Petition, in so far as petitioner Nos.2 to 4 who are accused Nos.2 to 4 are concerned is also dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
