This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 7, in not taking action on the petitioner's application, dated 14-07-2014, despite the Court's Order, dated 07-07-2014, in WPMP.No.222343 of 2014 in WP.No.17763 of 2014, and in not demolishing the illegal structures raised by respondent Nos.8 to 17 over the land admeasuring Ac.1-15 guntas in Survey No.459/A of Postal Colony, Waddepally Shivar Village, Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal District, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.2 to 7 to take immediate steps to stop the illegal construction being carried on by respondent Nos.8 to 17 and to implement the order of this Court forthwith.

After arguing the case for some time, Mr.K.Laxmaiah, learned Counsel for the petitioner, having realized that this Writ Petition is a piece of vexatious litigation, requested the Court to dismiss the same.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.50018 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
