THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE NO.1157 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging the willful disobedience of the order dated 06.06.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17545 of 2016.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that both the parties have entered into compromise, therefore, requested to close the Contempt Case.

In view of the submission made by both the learned counsel, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Contempt Case shall also stand closed.
