Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri A. Ravi Babu, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, appearing for respondents.

The petitioner, who is working as driver in the 1st respondentCorporation, gave a representation on 15.04.2016 to the 2nd respondent seeking grant of twenty years' advance increment and Special Grade increment as per circulars issued by the 1st respondentCorporation. 3.

The counsel for petitioner states that the 1st respondent has not passed any orders in the said representation. 4.

Sri A. Ravi Babu, counsel appearing for respondents, states that the 1st respondent will consider the said representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate their decision to petitioner.
