Alleging that police authorities are not taking any action on the complaints of the petitioner dated 27.07.2018 and 29.07.2018, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, SR Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, stating that based on the complaint of the petitioner, case in Cr.No.563 of 2018 under Sections 448 and 427 IPC dated 31.07.2018 was registered against the 6th respondent on the file of S.R.Nagar Police Station, and that the petitioner submitted another complaint on 29.07.2018 with the same allegations, and it was enquired into and found that the allegations are not established in any manner. Petitioner was accordingly issued with notice dated 6.8.2018 under registered post, informing the result of the enquiry on his second complaint. It is stated that as already crime was registered based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.07.2018, registering second FIR, is not necessary. Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
