HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.844 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the orders dated 13.12.2011 passed in admissibility of document dated 18.12.2005 in O.P.No.158 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Tanuku, West Godavari District.

As per office note, O.P.No.158 of 2006 was disposed of on 18.02.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
