Y. Sankar, S/O. Sanjanna, v. The State Of A.P.
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14634 of 2015 ORDER:
The relief sought in the Writ Petition is as follows: "...........to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not passing any orders on the stay application filed along with the appeal on 8.5.2015, seeking to set aside the orders passed by the 3rd respondent dt. 28.4.2015 in Procs. Ref.No.B/231/2015 suspending petitioner's dealership authorization, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust, and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the stay application expeditiously."
As the petitioner is seeking the above innocuous relief, I deem it appropriate to direct the second respondent to pass necessary orders on the stay application filed along with the appeal on 08.05.2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
