This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioner seeking to direct the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad to dispose of C.C.No.304 of 2014, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A. 406 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. Having regard to the fact and circumstances of the case, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad is directed to dispose of C.C.No.304 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
