Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the criminal revision case with a liberty to file appropriate application.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application. Registry is directed to return the order under challenge under due acknowledgment to the counsel for the petitioner on record immediately. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal revision case, shall stand closed.
