This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to seeking to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 5 in Crl.M.P.No.734 of 2022 in crime No.868 of 2021 dated 23.09.2022 by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Malkajgiri that they should appear before the concerned SHO weekly once on every Sunday in between 10.00 am to 05.00 pm or a period of 3 months or till filing of charge sheet.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are regularly appearing before the investigation officer and cooperating with the investigation till date and have been complying the order of the Court below.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the charge sheet is not yet filed. 5.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed upon the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 5 in Crl.M.P.No.734 of 2022 on 23.09.2022 that they should appear before the concerned SHO weekly once on every Sunday in between 10.00 am to 05.00 pm or a period of 3 months or till filing of charge sheet, is hereby relaxed and the other conditions shall remain unaltered. However, the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 5 shall appear before the investigating authorities as and when required. 6.
