There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 23.12.2019, in spite of the matters listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matters diligently.

Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in both the writ petitions shall stand dismissed.
