Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this Revision with liberty to take appropriate steps for seeking amendment in the plaint schedule and in the preliminary decree before this Court, since the judgment in O.S.No.78 of 1996 passed by the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Eluru, is merged with the decision in the Appeal A.s.NO.1792 of 2001 decided by this Court against it. 2.

Granting liberty as sought this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
