THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.451 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw O.S.No.15 of 2013 from the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Secunderabad.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer C.M.P., with liberty to the petitioners to avail all the remedies available to them under law including challenging the order passed in I.A.No.272 of 2014 in O.S.No.323 of 2008.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded. 4.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
