Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter, dated 01.02.2019, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court in case his grievance is not redressed.

Learned Standing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 does not object to the withdrawal of the writ petition. In those circumstances, permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
