THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.36531 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to regularise/absorb the petitioners in Class IV Grade-I posts on permanent basis in the respondent Company.

The case was admitted on 09.11.2015 and notice was ordered. After notice, learned counsel for the respondents submits that similarly placed persons were already absorbed in the vacancies of Class IV Grade-I cadre, pursuant to the orders in W.P.No.21763/2014 dated 01.03.2016 and W.P.No.23872/2012 dated 01.03.2016 and 05.08.2015. In view of the orders passed by this Court in the above writ petitions, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order in W.P.No.23872/2012 dated 05.08.2015 by directing the respondents to absorb the petitioners in Class IV Grade-I posts on permanent basis on consent of the petitioners. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
