Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.
This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent Nos.2 & 3 in undertaking construction of play ground in the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.0.25 gts in Sy.No.42/24/1 situated at Naspur Village and Mandal, Mancheriyal District as illegal and arbitrary.

The petitioner herein is claiming that he is absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0-25 gts in Sy.No.42/24/1 situated at Naspur Village and Mandal, Mancheriyal District. In proof of the same, he has filed pahani copy of the year 2014-15, rectification proceedings dated 06.06.2015, before the Tahsildar and he has also filed other documents. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.2 and 3 without following due process of law trying to dispossess the petitioner under the guise of construction of Play Ground in the aforesaid land.

Whereas the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted written instructions of the third respondent dated 13.10.2022 wherein, it is specifically mentioned that respondent authorities are never interfered into the aforesaid property of the petitioner i.e land admeasuring Ac.0.25 gts in Sy.No.42/24/1 situated at Naspur Village and Mandal, Mancheriyal District. They have identified and handed over Ac.0.20 gts in Sy.No.42/1 of the aforesaid land to the Municipal Commissioner, Naspur Municipality for the purpose of construction of Telangana Kreeda Pranganam (Play Ground). They are not interfered with the aforesaid property which belongs to the petitioner. The said instructions are placed on record. 5.
In view of the aforesaid written instructions and also submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to dispossess the petitioner from the aforesaid land, if the land of the petitioner is declined for any other purpose, respondent Nos.2 and 3 to enquire the same and are at liberty to take steps in accordance with the procedure laid down under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
